Who uses the platform
emarketsolutions provides an internal workspace for authorized employees to organize work email, communicate with clients, and manage related work services. This public policy covers the platform’s handling of connected accounts and messages.
Information accessed
When an employee connects a Google account, the platform requests only the Google permissions shown on the authorization screen. Depending on the features the employee enables, this may include the account’s email address, message headers, senders, recipients, subjects, message bodies, attachments, labels, and information needed to send or organize messages. The platform also processes account connection tokens and work activity needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
We use connected email information to display and organize work messages, automatically read and classify messages for work routing, assist employees in responding to clients, send messages when an authorized employee initiates or configures that action, and maintain the security and operation of the platform. Classification results may be visible to authorized personnel who need them for work.
Storage and access
Information obtained from connected accounts may be processed and stored as needed to provide the enabled features, including message content, classification results, and connection credentials. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that operate the platform for these purposes. Employees should use only accounts and information they are authorized to handle.
Sharing and disclosure
Information is shared within the organization with authorized employees for work purposes, with service providers that process it on our behalf, with intended recipients of work communications, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not use information received from Google APIs to train general-purpose AI models.
Google API data
emarketsolutions’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access, use, storage, and sharing of Google data are limited to the features described in this policy and permissions the user grants.
Retention and account connection
Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the authorized work service and meet applicable business or legal requirements. An employee may disconnect Google access through their organization’s administrator or Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future access through that authorization; previously processed work records may remain where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access. No service can guarantee absolute security. Employees should report suspected account misuse to their organization’s administrator.
